1. Users
Access or use of the website attributes to the person who does so the status of user and implies acceptance of these general conditions and, when applicable, the particular conditions of certain services and content.

Links to pages of the site do not allow the reproduction of their contents or the creation of frames, embedded navigations or associations that may lead to error. COBRA GROUP is not responsible for the contents of linked third-party sites.
5. Guarantees and responsibility
GRUPO COBRA does not guarantee the permanent availability, the absence of errors or viruses, the usefulness for a specific purpose or the legality or reliability of third-party services. The user is responsible for the use they make of the site.
6. Duration
The provision of the web service is indefinite, without prejudice to the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the site or any of its services.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
The ACS, Grupo Cobra brands and their graphic elements are protected. Its reproduction or use requires authorization from its owner. Claims about protected content must identify the owner, the content, its location and the accreditation of rights.
8. Legislation and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. The jurisdiction will be that of the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile or, if the user resides outside of Spain, that of Madrid, in the legally applicable terms.
