Test benches, portable equipment and control solutions for aircraft engines and components.
We develop and maintain test benches for engines, accessories and pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, fuel and battery components. We integrate the cell, auxiliary systems, control and data acquisition.
The scope runs from design and manufacture to modernisation and maintenance of existing facilities, with portable equipment for checks at the aircraft or in the workshop.
Design, manufacture and maintenance of engine and engine accessories test benches (APU and AMAD). It includes the general test cell systems—cooling, water supply, fuel, pressure, and air—and the control and data acquisition systems.
The INTA turboprop test bench is one of the largest development banks in Spain. ASON has carried out the remodeling of the starting air installation, the expansion of the thrust measurement and calibration system and the manufacture and supply of a new docking frame.
